"Greg was instrumental in finding our dream house here in Melbourne, Fl. We looked at 40 houses in 11 months before we found the right home for our family. Greg was right there with us every step of the way. He was always positive, reassuring and infinitely patient during this time. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest and that we could trust him. His knowledge of the local market and the process made it a smooth one for us. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him again if we sell our home and are ever in the market for a new home."

"Greg was a great help when I purchased my home. Housing Codes were alot different here then up North. Greg helped me find a contractor that explained everything to me. Greg was with me at closing which happened within a month. Any questions I had Greg was there to answer for me. I'm thinking of getting a Condo on the beach and when I make the final decision, Greg will be the guy to sell my home and find me my retirement place on the beach."

"John was excellent and very committed to assisting with the sell of our home and in covering all aspects of getting it sold and staying in touch every day with us - from the paperwork to the pictures of home and marketing it online and showing of it to potential buyers he stayed with us throughout the entire process and our house was sold under contact within 6 days of listing and we closed full asking price - so we are thrilled and it was such a successful experience with our realtor from beginning to end. We highly recommend him as realtor and would use him again if sell our home in future."
