"John sold a house for us in December of 2016. He was professional and thorough, had some good ideas. The sale went through without? any problems. We are satisfied with the results. He even did a repair, because we were out of the country at the time. Very thorough and aware."

"I highly recommend Pioneer Properties in West Melb and JD. He is patient, kind, and informative. Not sure how his add showed up either in my email or facebook but very happy we found a realtor who really cares about his clients. JD grew up in Brevard so he knows this area well which I really liked. He has a mortgage team that is just as awesome and we found our home and closed within several weeks."

"John was excellent and very committed to assisting with the sell of our home and in covering all aspects of getting it sold and staying in touch every day with us - from the paperwork to the pictures of home and marketing it online and showing of it to potential buyers he stayed with us throughout the entire process and our house was sold under contact within 6 days of listing and we closed full asking price - so we are thrilled and it was such a successful experience with our realtor from beginning to end. We highly recommend him as realtor and would use him again if sell our home in future."

"John is an excellent talented real estate professional. He spent many house with me going over my homes value and the best way to market it. Most brokers just want the listing and then sit on it, not John. He actively markets your property, plus is a nice guy! Super Job John."

I could not have asked for a better experience than what they provided us. I would recommend him to everyone."

"Greg was instrumental in finding our dream house here in Melbourne, Fl. We looked at 40 houses in 11 months before we found the right home for our family. Greg was right there with us every step of the way. He was always positive, reassuring and infinitely patient during this time. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest and that we could trust him. His knowledge of the local market and the process made it a smooth one for us. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him again if we sell our home and are ever in the market for a new home."
