For management, the greater of ten percent (10%) of gross collected rents or seventy dollars ($70.00) minimum per month is charged to the owner.
For leasing/renting, fifty percent (50%) of first month’s rent of each new contract is charged to the owner. Advertising cost are excluded.
APARTMENT MANAGEMENT

For management, the greater of eight percent (8%) of gross collected rents or one hundred dollars ($100.00) minimum per month is charged to the owner. Prices are negotiable for apartment complexes greater than ten units.
For leasing/renting, thirty-five percent (35%) of the first month’s rent of each new contract. Advertising cost are excluded.
